When you book a consultation you will talk to your mentor and let him know where you are in your thesis process. He will tell you if he can help or not. We only accept candidates who will have a value from our services and we know that upfront.

All students have a private, a business and a "thesis" life. We know how difficult it can get at some point. That's why you have a mentor who might even have experienced similar things that you are going through. He will help you find the balance and succeed with your thesis.

Your mentor is YOUR guide who has been where you are. He has didactic experience to provide feedback in difference ways so that it will make sense to you. If your supervisor misunderstood something from your work, that's great because if your mentor didn't get your message then your examiner would miss-understood it too. Keep finding those spots in your thesis and allow your mentor to be your critical friend.
